- Close Picture Postie (like a reboot, see instructions below).
- Click Settings / Safari / “Clear Cookies and Data”.
- Reopen Picture Postie.
To close the App properly and reopen it:
- Double tap the ‘home’ button on your phone (the large button on the base of your phone).
- This will open a scrolling bar of all of the apps that are currently open on your phone (you will probably be surprised at how many are open!).
- Find the Picture Postie App.
- Hold your finger on the App until a red circle appears in the top left (or swipe it upwards if you are on the latest version of iOS – iOS7).
- Touch the red circle to close the App on older versions of iOS.
- Tap the ‘home’ button to return to a normal screen.
